Finally, we test the cut flower stages. In experiment, the flower buds began greatening obviously in July. The flower bud has exceeded 3 cm already, and the number has increase to 3 already during October. And the flower buds take out from the bulb neck during February following year. Another, the first buds has very high rate of death and blasting in the bulb after flowering. Observe the flowering of bulbs use to remove the flower buds and storage temperature. The result shows it is not evidence flowering by removed the flower bud and storage temperature, and the difference not glaringly at development of flower buds. The bulb sizes, fresh weight of all plant and underground part, and leaf length have trend of increase after flowering. The root length rapidly increasing after flowering, but nearly it isn’t change obviously after July. At observe multiplication of bulblets naturally, all bulblets and flower buds off two layers of scales steady, and with the starting site of flower bud alike, all in the floral axis. Hippeastrum hybridum Hort. storage in 7 ℃ low temperatures, the result shows though low temperature can suppress the extending of flower buds, but after long time storage, the flowering rate is low, the scapes length and longevity of florets are short, but have function of promote the flowering early. In addition, it have phenomena of rotten while storage until 24 weeks. It is cut spathe stages, color stages and bend stages when scapes of Hippeastrum hybridum Hort. is sprout, begin to experiment of vase. Result show the cut flower of spathe stages harvest, although have a long vase life relatively, but the percentage of floret blooming is low, the petal color not well, and influences ornamental value. Those who of bend stages harvest, although the flower color well, percentage of floret blooming highest, but the vase life are short.
