With the development of surveying to change with each passing day because science and technology is developed, Real-Time Kinematic has already been widely used, this text is with the of Virtual Reference Station its development technology, studies resurvey area and readjustment area of Yilan, compare Virtual Reference Station of system and difference with TWD97 of system, to get Dongshan resurvey area distance error about 19.58 centimeters, Samsung distance error about 12.42 centimeters, this study offer in the future should examine with result of resurvey area, and readjustment area in the parcel survey can be high accuracy, high quality, instant and reliable control point with high capacity and efficiency.
