Getting the inspiration from constructs proposed by Pierre Bourdieu, I step by step find something preoccupied in my everyday thinking and behavior. In the process of interviews and self-narration, the seemingly inevitable discrepancies between what we naively take it for granted and what we actually do in reality appear gradually. Meanwhile, I try to monitor the mainstream ideological mechanisms operating in me, identify my tacit knowledge and the immanent ‘habitus’. After looking back the interviews and the experiences in the field, I finally found that the major tasks of a teacher who wishes to act multiculturally are to recognize the differences of the ‘cultural capitals’, convert the habitual thinking model, and articulate the discrepancies.
