Summary: | 碩士 === 國立花蓮教育大學 === 行政與領導研究所 === 95 === The purposes of this study was to understand the current condition, difference, relationship, and predicting function of human resource management of elementary school and teacher quality of working life.Then, it propose concrete suggestions based on research conclusion.
Survey questionnaire will be adopted in the process. Survey participants are teachers who are selected from city and county elementary schools located in Taoyuan county, Hsinchu county and city, and Miaoli county, with a total sampling of 815. Out of 815, 733 is deemed reliable with 89.94% hit ratio. And this research uses SPSS for Window 10.0 as statistical analyzing software. The following are study results:
1. Overall performance for elementary school human resource management is
admirable, and the item of「human resource maintenance」out-performs others in
this category.
2. Overall teacher quality of working life is commendable, and 「continual education
and development」definitely stands out.
3. Survey in teacher awareness and elementary school human resource management,
further classified into sub-categories of male teacher, age factor, higher education
background, teaching seniority, acting director, earned relatively high scores.
4. Teacher awareness and elementary school human resource management for
small-scaled schools and schools far from metropolitan area, also scored high.
5. Survey in teacher awareness and teacher quality of working life, further divided
into male teacher, age factor, higher education background, teaching seniority,
acting director, also earned relatively high scores.
6. Teacher awareness and quality of working life for small-scaled schools and schools
far from metropolitan area, also scored high in survey.
7. Survey results displayed positive correlation in regards to human resource
management and teacher quality of working life for elementary school.
8. This model’s prediction is rated above-average in regard to survey of human
resource management and teacher quality of working life for elementary school.
Base on summary above, this research can be used to propose concrete improvement suggestions to conscientious education administrations with oversight authority, and to elementary schools.
