Art is a comprehensive teaching, include life, school, and education of humanity in society. It is difficult actually doing itself to integrate arts and humanity learning field. To realize school-based curriculum and develop its characteristic curriculum, we need to take the main point, or apt to be confused and fuzzy. this research aimed to analyze the best reward literature“2005 National art education exhibition- Art and Humanities-a case of the school-based curriculum development”, to understand how to develop the school-based curriculum, how the teacher taught, and why it will be benefit. Which are processed by the way of content analysis. The result of this research shows that teacher based on different teaching demand and environment to make up course at activity part of school-based development intension. Those schools have different way to use their time. Some are planed for long time; some are to be short. At participating, the curriculum almost designed by specific teacher, relatively lack all teaching and administrative staff, parents of student, community personage to participate. Aspect of school-based development mode and procedure, the schools have their own mode and foundation. It is related to how to orientate, treat and realize the school-based curriculum. And school-based curriculum development of model case first adopts student’s orientation in the ideas of designing course, second is the social orientation. Mostly to take the integrated way through multidisciplinary curriculum in art integrated curriculum. As to the benefit and influence by the curriculum, student can make progress in knowing art, study interest, study atmosphere, works achievement, interpersonal relationships, and environment feeling. The teachers express that it is benefit in self discipline grows up and cooperates with group. According to the conclusion of studying, put forward the following relative suggestions to refer to teachers, schools, and the organizations relative to education: First, build the environment and atmosphere which benefit school-based of art curriculum development. Second, expand the design of school-based curriculum and participant of the course activity. Third, set up perfect art curriculum control and reward mechanism.
