Summary:碩士 === 國立花蓮教育大學 === 社會科教學碩士學位班 === 95 === The research focused on the understanding of the current situation of the elementary school teacher’s attitude and behavior of using the teaching media, the differences’ analysis and the relationship between them by using the teaching media based on the teachers’ different background, and the discussion of the effecting factors of making use of the teaching media. The research based on the method of questionnaires survey by sampling 30% of each school from totally 586 teachers of 74 elementary schools in Yilan County, which had received 559 teachers and in effect 548 teachers. The research had achieved by using SPSS statistic package. The conclusions through statistics analysis and discussions were listed as follows: 1. On the survey of the teaching attitude of the teachers of using the teaching media, the significant influence was showed on the teachers with different backgrounds, for instance, genders, position, teaching hours per week, number of students, school size, place and equipments in classroom, and so on. 2. On the survey of the teaching behavior of the elementary school teachers in Yilan County to the teaching media-using, the significant influence was showed on the teachers with different background, for instance, gender, age, level of education, position, teaching hours per week, number of students, school size, place and equipments in classroom, and so on. 3. The relationship between the teachers’ attitude and behavior of using the teaching media had been tested by correlation ratio analysis and been showed the significant correlation between them. In view of the attitude variables, the survey was showed that “the satisfactions of using the teaching media” were the most significant correlation. In view of the behavior variables, the most significant correlation was “the Influential factors of using the teaching media”. 4. 11 independent variables in all was found to reach the most significant influence, which had been the factors to effect the elementary school teachers attitude in Yilan County to the teaching media-using. Among the factors, the most significant one was “the satisfactions of using the teaching media” of attitude variables. The next significant one was also “the capability of using the teaching media” of attitude variables. Furthermore was “the support of using the teaching media” of behavior variables. Based on the above-mentioned findings, suggestions are addressed as for the elementary school teachers while they are using the teaching media: 1. The education authority should improve the teaching media environment, and hold seminaries on using teaching media regularly. 2. The teachers who use the teaching media are helped and supported by the school administrators. 3. The teachers should study constantly and enrich the capability.
