Moreover, applying the affection of Tang Poetry into future curricula design. The researcher, with many years’ experience in student counseling, based on those difficulties that the elementary schools children encounter mostly in life and learning, designed twelve units of using Tang Poetry for the teaching plan. The subjects were 34 six graders of one elementary school in Taichung County. Data was collected with a twelve-week Tang Poetry teaching period coupled with the implementation of current lessons in Chinese language, and the observation of students’ learning progress. The thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter One: Introduction - address the motive and purpose of the study and the review of the literature used. Chapter Two: An explanation of the connotations of the artistic conception in Tang Poetry and its teaching values. Chapter Three: Methodology - State the process of the study, curricula design and instruments. Chapter Four: Results and discussion – Interpret, analyze and suggest a conclusion from a collection of data. Chapter Five: Conclusion and Suggestions. The results of the study shows (that) to infuse Tang Poetry into the curricula of affection teaching in the Chinese language needs not only to provide the ideas of cultural and humanistic concern, but should (also) take the students’ life experiences into consideration. With a more adaptive teaching approach and diverse curricula design, students’ interests are arose and hence lead in moral education to change and influence students unobtrusively and imperceptibly. By infusing the tender Tang Poetry into Chinese language teaching, teachers can construct a channel for mutual communication. Under the atmosphere of warm and welcoming, to appreciate the feelings in the poetry so that one can introspect himself constantly when confronting the future life, the value of his life and hold a broader horizon. Accordingly, thereby being able to spark one’s life with confidence no matter how changeful it is.
