In addition, conclusion that made from the outcome of questionnaire survey and the proposed suggestion will be provided as reference to the administrative education authority, musical teachers of elementary schools, and specialists and scholars in promoting the recorder pedagogy. In order to achieve the research objective, this study is adopted the self-edited questionnaire which titled: “Elementary Teachers who Participated in Teachers’ Recorder Bands in Taiwan Region”, and used 20 teachers’ recorder bands nationwide in school year 2006 as the research object to distribute 319 questionnaires as well as invited the elementary school teachers who participated in teachers’ recorder band to fill in. Moreover, applied the package software, SPSS for Window 10.0, to cope with the collected data and information of this study, and conducted the field interviews with the instructing teachers of recorder bands in elementary schools who obtained excellent evaluation 3 years consecutively at the northern, central and southern areas that held the national music competition, or interviewed with the instructing teachers of recorder bands in elementary schools with phone, and then the conclusions that this study obtained are as follows: 1. Teachers participated in teachers’ recorder band according to the requirement of pedagogy; 2. Teachers will be learned more and skillful techniques since they participated in teachers’ recorder band; 3.
