Two types of questionnaire were administrated. They are Information technology strategies into music instructions questionnaire and Student learning performance questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to all elementary school music teachers in Tao-Yuan County. The returned rate to the questions was 70.4%. Among the samples, there were 296 valid subjects. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression were used in this study to analyze the feedback. The findings were as the following: 1.The status quo for the integration of information technology into music instruction is in middle level. 2.The teachers mostly employed hardware strategy while few teachers applied computer-assisted music instruction strategy. 3.The learning performance was above the average. 4.Background variables displayed that discrepancy in the application of the integration is unremarkable. 5.The integration showed positive correlation to student learning performance. 6.Network resource strategy showed the most effective influences on students’ learning performance, while Computer-assisted music instruction with the least influence. 7.The integration demonstrated the operative mean on students’ cognition ability. 8.Hardware strategy and Network resource strategy possessed great anticipation and interpretation on the learning performance. To bring into practice, some suggestions are proposed as followings for teachers and educational bodies as reference in terms of musical education… To musical teachers are: 1.Improving ways of teaching and employing innovative teaching strategies. 2.Substantiating teachers with ICT ability and requesting them to attend more ICT in-service training program. 3.Forming teaching research team to share teaching experience. 4.Employing multiple-assessment to evaluate students’ learning outcome. To educational bodies are: 1.Substantiating musical teaching and learning software, and encouraging musical teachers to apply computer technology into their classes. 2.Setting up more musical classroom, and improving interior facilities. 3.Employing professional musical teachers, and lessening the teaching hours. To future researchers include: 1) expanding research areas in terms of the objects of follow-up research, e.g. Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Maoli areas, even nation wild. 2) Taking other likely influential variable into account in order to deepen the research findings and outcome.
