It also influenced a lot on the employees’ learning in the business, especially in the high-technology industry where emphasized on the high-speed and innovative competition. The performance of the employees’ learning ability, learning effect and working also influenced the business crucially. The purpose of this research aimed to understand the relationship among the employees' learning motivation, training performance and job performance. The research subjects were the employees trained in high-technology industry. This study adopted research methodologies of literature review, and questionnaire survey. The researcher took the way of purposive sampling to send 350 questionnaires to the employees in high-technology industry. The researcher received 140 responses; therefore, the response rate was 40%. All the quantitative data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, t teat, one-way ANOVA, Persons r and stepwise regression. The research findings could be concluded as below. 1. The employees in high high-technology industry participated in the training because of the instinct motivation. The behavior had great effect in the training performance. The contextual performance had great effect in the job performance. 2. The contextual performance of the employees under the age of 30 was obvious and relatively low. The employees with high (vocational) school degree and those who worked over 15 years had significance in reaction. The job performance of the employees who worked under 5 years was obvious and relatively low. 3. The behavior had great relation with the task performance. Secondly, the intrinsic motivation also related to the learning. 4. The intrinsic motivation could predict the training performance. The reaction and behavior also could predict effectively upon job performance. According to the research finding and conclusion, the researcher proposed some concrete suggestions for high-technology industry. 1. To cause inherent motives of staff as the basis of the training program. 2. The senior employees could guide the junior through the experience sharing to enhance their job performance. 3. To create the positive working climate and constructive organizational environment. 4. To encourage continuously on employees learning intrinsic motivation.
