The Armed Forces Refining Program in organization reshuffle and size streamlining does not decrease the demands for information system, rather than aggravating individual works to maintain routine activities with less manpower. To simplify traditional labor working model, the utilization of information technology and mode of information transmitting result in significantly increasing demands on information system and internet transmitting. While benefiting the convenience of information and internet technologies, the establishment of a secure, reliable and efficient internet monitor system, considering of how information would be securely transmitted via internet, is the top priority to launch an information system.
To work out prior issue, I hereby integrate open source and free software, and apply to the firewall of embedded Linux operation system. Instead of the original complicated command execution, MIS personnel complete layout and process in an expeditious method through utilizing the intelligent Graphic User Interface (GUI), and it eventually results in efficient cost- and labor-savings. The purpose of the system development applying open source and free software into intelligent embedded network monitor system is to fund the independent R&D capacity, to integrate with National armed force network, and to build up a secure and reliable information-transmitting internet environment.
