Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 95 === In light of shortening product life cycles, companies need to be very keen on rapid and successful new product launch to maintain their competitive advantages. As a result, various methodologies have been adopted right in the beginning product design phase by aligning suppliers or customers together for collaborative design. The purpose of this research is to develop a model for evaluating the operation performance for collaborative design. A comprehensive literature review laid the framework of the analytical model. Furthermore, both quantitative and qualitative methods including fuzzy Delphi merhod, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and questionnaire analysis are used to the study inputs which are from the experts, academics, and R & D practitioners and thus to develop a systematic performance indicators and their respective weights for constructing a model to evaluat the collaborative design performance.
