| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 95 === Decision-making is the daily duties for every manager. How to make good quality decision in time is an important responsibility for a modern manager. A manager can make decision faster by using management science tools. But the use of management science for decision-making is not widespread in Taiwan’s enterprises. Most previous management science related research emphasized improving solution efficiency. Less discussion is focused on helping managers to access management science easily. It is the main purpose of this thesis to assist managers make decisions faster by using management science, and making the usage more easily and friendly.
This research designs a prototype of decision support system for solving supply chain network design problem by using the software which manager is familiar with. Though friendly designed user interface, manager can use it for decision-making easily. And increase accepts to management science. Through case study, we prove that this decision support system can bring benefits to real company. Through industrial data verification, we prove that this decision support system can apply in domestic industry. It provides numerical result in short time, the manager can use it in supply chain network design correlative decision.
