In the adopted three scenarios of online auctions, the framework of the present research is the issue-contingent model of the ethical decision-making process, including moral perception, moral judgment and moral intention. The effects of moral intensity, moral philosophy, locus of control, anonymity, uncertainty and website attribute on the ethical-making process are examined. The subjects of this study are students in Taiwan. The main sampling method application of this study is the convenience sampling which includes 500 questionnaires and then 350 valid questionnaires are thus collected. Afterwards, the statistic analysis proceeds. The results are as follows: 1 Six dimensions of moral intensity can be grouped into two factors, the potentially harmful and social pressures. Social pressures have a major influence on moral perception. The potentially harmful pressures play an important role on moral judgment and moral intention. 2 Moral intensity, idealized moral philosophy, and internal control have the positive impact on ethical decision-making process. 3 External control and anonymity have the negative impact on ethical decision-making process.
