Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 化學系 === 95 === Currently, five kinds furanic compounds can be quantitatively detected in insulating oil by HPLC. We fabricated molecularly imprinted film (MIF) on quartz-piezoelectric chip to simplify the method and to improve the sensitivity. First, a self assembled layer was formatted on the surface of chip using (Methacr-L-Cys-NHBn)2. This reagent was prepared from N,N´-diBoc-L-cystine through coupling with benzylamine, removing the Boc protecting group, and methacrylating the amino groups. Subsequently, Acr-L-Ser-NHBn was utilized as a chiral monomer to construct MIF on QCM chip. In addition, a more hydrophobic monomer, Methacr-L-Ser-NHBn was also synthesized to upgrade the binding ability of MIF. Moreover, the proportion of the monomers were adjusted to optimize the recognition ability of these films. The quartz-crystal microbalance flow injection system was operated in organic phase. These MIF-chip demonstrated their abilities to detect 2-furaldehyde, furfuryl alcohol, and 2-acetylfuran in acetone/heptane. Its sensitivity reached 10 ng/mL. We also try to directly detect furanic compounds in insulating oil. The influence of insulating oil in course of detecting was further discussed.
