It not only introduces the development of economic and promotes the competitive ability of a country, but also produces the community sense in mind and the whole country image. Because of the affect in parts of the culture and the economic to advance the competition ability of a country, a lot of countries appreciate with this industry. With the age of the knowledge economic coming, the trend of economic globalization, and the demand of the industry innovation to develop the economic, introducing the culture creative industry is important and necessary for our country. This article discusses how to introduce and solute the problems of the development in our culture creative industry, and wish to push the economic grow up. First, the experience of the other industry could be the reference for us to develop. The successful experience of the other industry in Taiwan, it points that the industry policies influence the development of an industry. Besides, the experience in United Kingdom and South Korea how to make flourish the culture creative industry, it reflects the relation of the public and private collaboration could make this industry develop. Besides, the government plays an important role in partnership to develop the industry especially. This article introduces the effects and problems of the culture creative industry in Taiwan, and use the theory about the relation of the public and private collaboration. The way of research is the questionaire, the subject is the public sector and the private sector of the design-industry in Taiwan. The purpose is to know the relation between the public sector and the private sector of the design-industry in Taiwan, and the opinion included the satisfactory form them, then analyze the connection the industry policy, the public and private collaboration, and the development of the industry. The findings based on the research, the researcher make some consequence. First, we need to enhance the relation of the public and private partnership of the cultural creative Industry in Taiwan. Second, the inner and outside factors will influence the satisfactory in the relation of the public and private partnership. Third, the satisfactory of the relation of the public and private partnership will influence the will of the collaboration. Besides, for the public sector, it should use the closer collaboration, may influences the satisfactory of the relation and the will of the collaboration. For the private sector, the understandings of the industry will influence the expect of the industry. If we have to enhance the cultural Industry in Taiwan, it should use the theory of the public and private collaboration more, enhance the will of the collaboration between the public sector and the private sector, and raise the satisfactory the collaboration. Then, the strategy and practice for introduce the culture creative industry in our country is the network management and the evaluation of the network’s effect, build up the partnership, the efficiency of governments and the industry development.
