Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 家庭教育研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the parent self-efficacy group program with parents of the nursery school. The study was based on the theory of Bandura’s Self-efficacy. It was a program of one and half hours per week for eight consecutive weeks. Parent Self-efficacy scale was used to examine the differentiation of their pre- and post- performance. The results for evaluation were obtained from the group activities observation, rape recording, and participants’ responses. The conclusions are in the following:
1. The consepuence of this program presented a significant differentiation to the outcome, which proved that it was an effective program. It was also approval from the questionnaires of weekly feedback and Degree of Satisfaction.
2. The participants were content with the group. In the whole program, the scales on Joy, Time Arrangement, Attendance, Content, Leading Skills, Teaching Marerial, Group Involvement, Self Expression, and Overall Sensation were high.
3. The satisfactory consepuence of presence especially appoved the group was necessary and workable.
To sum up, the above conclusions should have certain value as reference to future studies, and parenting educators of nursery schools.
