The questionnaire was used in the study and the population was the public junior high schools students in Chiayi city and Chiayi county. The data were collected via the questionnaires junior high school teachers’ disciplinary manner and students’ human rights attitude. The data is used by the statistical methods such as Independent Sample t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results shows below are: 1.The grade, school area and class cadre of students in the junior high school caused the difference in teachers’ disciplinary manner, but the gender and social economic status of teacher is not important factors. 2.The gender, school area, social economic status and class cadre of students in the junior high school caused the difference in human rights attitude, but the age of teacher is not important factors. 3.Different styles of teachers’ disciplinary manner caused the difference in cognition, tender regards and entirety of human rights attitude in the junior high school students, but the behavior of human rights attitude is not important factors. 李新鄉 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 123 zh-TW
