Also study the dilemma that kindergartens and nursery personnel have to face when the policy of integrating kindergarten and nursery will soon carry out. The framework of this study is based on Ecological System Theory. The object of this study takes the national kindergartens and nursery personnel as a scope, extracts 1,000 samples from six districts, i.e. Taipei City、Hualien County、Taichung City、Chang-hua County、Tainan City and Pingtung County. There were 725 questionnaires collected, effective returns-ratio was 72.5%. Proceed the statistics analysis of mean、standard deviation、t-test and one way ANOVA by using SPSS 12.0 for Windows and then deduce conclusions as following: I. The normative perception status for the policy of integrating kindergarten and nursery is above average. II. The positive coordinate wills regarding integrated kindergarten and nursery policy of the kindergarten and nursery personnel is slightly lower than the normative score. III. The gender、the character of the preschool and the number of the preschool don’t affect the kindergartens and daycare centers personnel senses to know the situation regarding the integrated kindergarten and nursery policy. IV. Regarding the perception of integrated kindergarten and nursery policy, there are truly differences between different positions, different education level, as well as the different location. V. The system diagrams based on ecological system theory of kindergarten and nursery personnel distributes a dissimilarity, its situation is as follows: (i ) The perception of privately nursery and kindergarten workers tends to the thread mostly based on micro-system. (ii) The perception of the personnel of kindergartens and nursery in Changhua County tends to the thread mostly based on meso-system. (iii) The personnel with university degree and those who in Taipei comment their perception mainly based on the exo-system and macro-system This research propose some suggestions base on the above result, to provide the kindergarten and nursery personnel as well as the relevant administrative supervisor institutions and further research in the future for reference. Abstract
