Furthermore, this study also comprehended the conditions of the trainees after the web-based training, and then concluded the interviewed results from the supervisors, generalized their perspectives and suggestions from the web-based training. This research subject were thirty-two trainees from a famous food processing firm in Tainan, and the web-based training lasted for one month. After examining the data collection procedure with the tests, the questionnaires surveys and interviews, the results are as follows: First of all, most trainees were satisfied with the web-based training course and the interface. Moreover, there were significant differences in the trainees’ cognitive degree of QCC methods and the diagrams sketching. The abilities of the trainees’ cognitive degree of QCC methods and the diagram sketching had obviously been improved after the web-based training. Furthermore, all the practices times of the diagram sketching are positive related to the finial score records, which means the trainees’ learning behavior could be effected on the installation of the diagram sketch practice. Additionally, there were apparent differences when the trainees evaluated the applications of QCC methods by themselves. The trainees considered that their applications in QCC methods were actually improved after the web-based training. At last, the supervisors were positive and affirmative to the web-based training, and indicated that all the supervisors should be in the highest supportability, and the trainees should also maintain the learning intention progressively, then the web-based training would expand during the implementation of the web-based training. 鐘樹椽 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
