Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 運輸與物流工程研究所 === 95 === Many studies show that in our country there is a trend to increase of emergency medical services to turn out for work over the years, and the importance of emergency medical services appears to be steadily on the increase. For decrease the death and disability of advanced disease. It is the crucial whether first aider could arrive at the field soon and giving first aid treatment or not. The research utilizes the mathematical model to establish emergency medical services model and treats how to select optimum location from current facility as candidate points to set advanced life support station. Besides, this study discusses the avail of two-tiered emergency medical services systems after making a new the choice of responsibility hospital. The population demand is the most important factor to select location of advanced life support station. Thus, it discussed that different presentation of demand in the advanced life support station location whether produce distinct location mix. Furthermore, we use the amount of demand and level of demand set to do the contrast and analysis. Eventually, it adopts the realistic data of Changhua County in Taiwan to do test and sensitivity analysis for verifying the accuracy and practicability of emergency medical services model.
