The “Eco-tourism” minimizing the cultural and environmental impacts and maximizing the economical impact on local destination and improving customers’ satisfaction was originally announced by Hetzer (1965). The objective of establishing national park is to preserve the national natural resources and cultural heritages, offer academic research opportunity and meet the tourism demand of the country. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore the relationship among tourists’ demographic background, eco-travel behavior, expectation, experience, satisfaction, and the willingness to re-visit. The findings of this research will be a managerial reference of Kenting National Park. This study employed convenience sampling and 499 useful samples were collected. This research found that the tourists of Kenting national Park of different demographic background and eco-travel behavior have different levels of travel expectation on eco-tourism; there is a significantly difference between travel experience and expectation on eco-tourism and it means low tourist satisfaction; however, the willingness to re-visit is not significantly related to tourist satisfaction on eco-tourism.
