The affordable price and broad variety of toys are pertaining to the safety and the entertainment issues. However, the RC models requires the engineering aspects of mechanical design, electrical control, engine design, mechanics design and the concerns of overall integrated configuration. The manipulation of RC model features with the characteristics of dexterous control and exciting risks more than the common toys. In fact such RC models create the ultra motion performance and agile driving imagination in the real world. The thesis adopts the usage of Microprocessor Control Unit (MCU) together with assembly language for design and implementation of the RC model. This includes the adjustment function for the control of joy stick error correction settings, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) display, slope control calculations, signal reading from transmitter, output calculation, series signal transmission, and many others operations. Such operation functions are coded with concise programs. Taiwan remote-controlled models are competitive around the globe world. Based on the well developed electronic industries and precise molding processes technology, we have gained valuable expertise in the market of RC models. This thesis demonstrates the middle-high standard technology by using remote transmitted signals. Experimental results show the RC model control specification has been improved greatly and verified by professional tester. It is believed that the developed controlled curve signals for the remote-controlled will dominate the main stream of RC model technology in the near future.
