Moreover, the young people who also live in the sighted world but happen to accident in their life. To look at visual impairment and readjust psychologically by themselves are worth discussing issues in guidance area. Based on this motivation, the research mainly realizes that impaired individuals consciousness experience and adjustment progress in their life after visual impairment events happened. The content includes the analysis about difficult experiences and psychological adjustment of visually impaired individuals on their self-acceptance, learning, action, interpersonal, self-care and so on. In addirion, their attitude and expectation of significant others related to the external society are also main points in this study. The study adopts qualitative research by purposive sampling and interviews with eight adventitious visually impaired individuals. According to the result of the interview, the main findings of study as followed: I. The causes of visual impairment include the accident, cancer in the brain, pathologic eye (glaucoma, retinopathy, macular, cornea)and so on. II. After facing the visual impairment, the psychologically adjusted experienced include negative attitude, self-closing, expectation about visual recovery, rehabilitate constantly, participate occupational training, face the fact gradually, adapt new environment and challenge positively. And two factors of positive adaptation are individual and environment that influencing adventitious visually impaired people. Most important of all, the supports of visually impaired around environment and learning experience are their models. Especially, it is important for adventitious visually impaired individuals. III. From the research, we find that most adventitious visually impaired individuals will get into difficulty of different levels including the area of learning, action, interpersonal and self-care. Generally speaking, on the base of severe degree of visual impairment, we analyze that the blindness experience more difficult than the visual impairment people beside in the action. That is why the blindness is limited to understand their difficulties. IV. The influence of significant others(family, friends and teachers)for individuals about their life adaptation in the future is affecting deeply. On the other hand, they can further learning motivation. Furthermore, the influence and function of the significant others are different in the different steps of visual impairment happened,. V. At last, according to the results of this research were made for the visually impaired people, the guidance in the school, the significant others, the government and future studies.
