However, the accessories for booklet making is not further developed by domestic researches and the price of imported equipments is controlled by foreign companies at unreasonable price. Therefore, the aim of this research is to carry out how booklet makers are automatized and multi-functioned. Moreover, it also aims to lower thirty percent of the cost in order to be more competitive in the market. At present, ordinary foreign booklet makers only serve startup and stop functions. In addition, machine failure or incomplete booklet making happens all the time. The purpose of this improvement research is to enhance the present machine failure rate, add demanded functions, install automatic distinguish sensor and design so incomplete booklet making can be prevented. It is hoping that this research could not only promote user efficiency when operating booklet makers, but also lower the cost by strengthening their functions and increasing their additive value. Through relative certificating to improve this intellectual booklet maker, we could create opportunities to enter international market. Keywords: bookletmaker, booklet.
