The CORRECT of Japan or Micro Scale Gauge, and Linear Scale provide fundamental vision. This foundation is the combination of manual focus skill and precision linear technique. To reduce the artificial collimation error and to increase the accuracy rate of vision detection, Micro Scale Gauge and Linear Scale are combined with Digital Image Processing ( LIP ). The On-line inspection applies CCD (Charge Coupled Device) camera to capture the image of tools to the image detection systems. The On-line inspection is easy to operate and practical. By On-line system, we obtain the length, the external and the angle of tools. The above information will help to re-grinding. In addition, the On-line system will increase the productivity and accuracy even with different operators.
