A professional massaging dough machine with feature of sliding stripe is designed and realized. The flour dough is made by the proposed multiple-bars-and-parallel-inverse rolling device in the machine. From the scope picture, the proposed machine provides higher gluten in flour dough. This automatic machine can significantly reduce labor work but also remain the advantage of hand-work dough such as high gluten.
