Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 95 === The development goal of the present Taiwan machine tools is high speed, high accuracy, high efficiency, and largelized size. Not only the required technical level is high, but machine value is increased. Because the machine tool industry is gradually toward to M shap, the marketing growth of the standard / practical type small-sized lathe and vertical machining center is slowed down. However, a large-sized machining center emerges from the market. The goal of the machine tool industry is to lower down the production cost and to upgrade the production efficiency, and the product development trend for Taiwan interior machine tools is low cost and high quality. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is developing a computer-controlled Machining Center, and a V slide way is used to implement a machine prototype. The V slide way can provide accurate guide characteristic and has no side gap of a square way and snake-like movement in sliding; moreover, it can keep smooth sliding and stable accuracy in movement and matain the accuracy in static and dynamic for a long-time operation, which can increase component life and improve manufacture quality.
