The results show that the correlation among salivary amylase, IgA and leptin and physical activity are not significant. Psychological stress induced by watching surgery film decelerated the heart rate of the subjects, combined with decrease of total protein (1480.14±1395.34 - 1250.16±1099.23 U/min, t = 2.03,p = .05) secretion of the saliva and increase of ratio of amylase/total protein (0.08±0.06 -0.16±0.22 U/μg, t = -2.09, p = .05). Secretions of salivary IgA and leption did not change. Physiological stress exerted by 30 minutes of 70%VO2max running on treadmill resulted in augment of secretions of salivary amylase (110.32±64.05 U/min - 278.32±289.73 U/min, t = -2.20, p< .05) and IgA (679.16±652.48 - 1401.86±1434.87 μg/min, t = -2.40, p< .05). It shows salivary amylase secrete variably in accord to the synergic functions of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, which is the main psychophysiological basis of different types of stress.
