碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 95 === ' The Information System ' and ' The Internal control ' have been just liked two big important main shafts of enterprise's operation, besides making the homework smoothly, there is deep and wide influence on the management of enterprise's business risk too in the close cooperation of these two major main shafts. Business after enterprise resource planning initiatives, make the man-machine procedure in coordination with the homework type change by a wide margin, related control method and risk type that accuse of while affecting. This study will be divided into five dimensions by interviewing experts and by studying Delphi technique, and some other documents as well. And through the professionals’ interviews, and three times’ investigation of Delphi technique questionnaires from four expert scholars and 16 experts for Delphi Group, the survey has the outcome to identify the critical success factors, 13 of which (ex. draft a plan, organize a budget, a progress control, etc. )can be offered as the reference materials for other business.
