Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系 === 95 === Due to the advancement of information technology, the enterprises in the 21st centery put a lot of emphasis on instant responses. Thus, how to improve the competition of enterprises and meet the requirements from customers quickly become crucial factors. And that is why enterprises need the Shop Floor Information System(SFIS). In the past, the traditional production management models relied only on manpower, and in order to provide customers or related departments just-in-time information, the enterprises had to highly pay attention to production utilization rate and production scheduling. However, the information collected by human beings lacks accuracy and reality. Bill Gates, As the President of Microsoft, said: “The information that an enterprise collects, manages, and uses decides its success or not”; therefore, in digital society, the competence to integrate the real-time information and to make the managerial decision has become one of the very important factors for administrators to succeed. The purpose of this research is to discuss the process of how an enterprise becomes electronic; at the same time, to find out the key factors to better success. After building up the complete manufacturing production system, the enterprises can then quickly response the demands from customers. When using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), people can easily evaluate the different performance between an electronic enterprise and an un-electronic enterprise. Finally, the financial five-force analysis was applied to evaluate an enterprise’s managerial performance before and after installing SFIS to offer related companies and studies as a reference.
