There were two hundred and eighty questionnaires sent to the hospitality teachers in twenty-seven technological colleges, 228 useable questionnaires responded, with 81.43% valid return rate. The data were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis. The results presented that teachers recognized the school change positively, bureaucratic culture was the popular one for technological colleges, teachers’ role perceptions were improving after school change especially in vocational profession, and teachers involved in teaching job most, administrating job least. The study also found that organizational change has no any influence to the variables of organizational culture, role perception of teacher, and teacher’s job involvement, but organizational culture has positive influence on teachers’ role perceptions and their job involvement indirectly, either. The proposed theoretical model of this research was supported except organizational change. Finally, recommendations based on the findings and conclusions of the study were made for the technological colleges, the teachers and the further studies.
