Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 95 === The main purpose of this study focused on the relationships among principals’ leadership behaviors, emotional intelligence, and organizational change in vocational high school. The population of this study was the all full time teachers at vocational high school in 2006. The sample was drawn by stratified cluster technique, and it consisted of 600 teachers. The totals of valid questionnaires were 423 and that stands 70.5% of the response. The collected data was analyzed by frequency distribution, t- test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation. The findings were summarized as follows:
1 .When the vocational high school organizational change, the highest dimension of principals’ leadership behavior was transformational leadership, the highest dimension of emotional intelligence was control myself, and the highest dimensions of organizational change were promotion of school popularity and skill.
2. The vocational high school principals’ leadership behavior, emotional intelligence, and organizational change would have significant differences by various background variables.
3. The vocational high school principals’ leadership behavior, emotional intelligence, and organizational change had significant correlation.
4. The leadership behaviors of the vocational high school principals were significant predictors for the emotional intelligence and organizational change.
