This study attempted to explore the following research concerns: (1)understanding the leadership behaviors, organizational change, organization culture and organization performance of machine manufacture executives; (2)understanding the relationships among leadership behaviors, organizational change, organization culture and organization performance of machine manufacture executives; (3)understanding the predictions among leadership behaviors, organizational change, organization culture and organization performance of machine manufacture executives by each other. The population of this study was staff in mechanical manufacturing industry directory from Industrial Development Bureau Ministry of Economic Affairs, the aggregate number was 1,364 mechanical manufacturing factories in Taiwan in 2006. The sample of the study consisted of 600 subjects selected by random sampling techniques from 50 mechanical manufacturing factories. The total number of usable sets of instrumentation returned was 181 and a usable return rate of 30.17%. The research instrumentation was composed of four questionnaires: (1) the Leadership Behaviors Questionnaire, (2) the Organizational Change Questionnaire, (3) the Organization Culture Questionnaire, (4) the Organization Performance Questionnaire. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. There were significant correlations among transformational behaviors, transactional behaviors, organizational change, organization culture and organization performance of mechanical manufacturing industry executives. There were significant correlations among organizational change, organizational culture and organization change. There were significant correlations between organizational culture and organization change. 2. The best predictor for organizational change was intellectual stimulation (31.9%), the best predictor for organization culture was individualized consideration (53.6%), the best predictor for organization performance was individualized consideration of mechanical manufacturing industry executives (28.8%).
