Both of the two non-profit organization cases in this research hope to promote commercialization to increase the source of wealth. Therefore the purpose of the research is to
understand these two organizations which promote commercializationnow and what kinds of questions they face and what influences the organization? What influences the external organization? And this research hopes to afford correlative suggestions to the non-profit
organizations which commercializing.
Basing on the qualitative research method, the research adopts in-depth interviews to visit representative, known and constant promoting commercialization in non-profit organizations. The research discovers that both of these two non-profit organizations which promoting
commercialization achieve social and economical phases. But both of the internal organizations face the same problems, such as lack of manpower and it is not yet to prepare commercialization. When the organizations
promote commercialization, they face the organizational mission disorientation and external problems are other non-profit organizations and government which make fluctuation in social capital.
