The users can set up the environment of wireless network widely. They can find the wireless signal at the MRT station, fast food store and convenient store. A few days ago, Taipei city install wireless networks in the main business districts. The user needs just the device of wireless network, he can purchase and apply an account to internet access. The user can work even though he is not in office. He can surf the internet easily on either MRT or bus, that make his living much more convenient. There are some similar cases in the international environment. Seattle city in USA is also one of the first community wireless network providing free wireless internet access to connect with the internet world . Therefore proper to use fixed AP station signal of wireless network to locate the location in the wireless network environment.
This paper is to bring up the offering of wireless location service that is based on the signal of wireless network to build system database, and apply scenario photograph and auxiliary voice to assist the service of wireless location. As it is located with wireless signal and allowed the user to find the basic signal and get the information from the database even in a unfamiliar surrounding. When the user can find any additional information not stored on the database, he can record the information and report interactively. System administrator create an environment database to provide the location service quickly. The implemented system provides users to look up the related location of operational wireless base station in the environment. When the user starts the system to receive the wireless signal, the system estimate his location and present related photo on the display, and broadcast voice service information to user.
