Then it produces the visible light principle to produce the vacuum ultraviolet ray and excite phosphor powder, apply the technology of the FFL(Flat Fluorescent Light) to. According to critical process print the following structure in the transparent plate glass, such as electrode layer、dielectric layer、 phosphor layer etc.. Utilize the dry material of oven, adhere to the material the glass through the furnace. Utilize the spacer and frame to assemble two pieces of glass after dispensing frit . And then draw out the vacuum by the vacuum equipment. Sealing this plate after being full of inert gas finally. Set up mercury-free FFL flowchart . It produces the vacuum ultraviolet ray(VUV) to excite the xenon and discharge with the high voltage. It is FFL that the surface which excites phosphor powder produces the visible light. This thesis department focuses on the research (includes luminance , colour temperature , color coordinate ) of the FFL optics characteristic. Plan to carry on research with the experiment according to the factors influenced. Content the following of the experiment :(1)Mix powder of phosphor of R 、 G、 B different weight percentage and study FFL optics characteristic. (2)Mix the inert gas of different weight percentage under the same pressure and study FFL optics characteristic. Analyze for the main axis to these impacts on FFL optics characteristic of two kinds of factors. Expect to find out about the factor of the FFL optics characteristic. And apply the FFL to the backlight module of TFT-LCD.
