But in the past few years, the driving force of the electronic industrial was been moved from enterprise market to the consumer market. The brand name manufacture of consumer product for attract the attention of consumer continuously, keeping shorten their product lifecycle and developing multiple product line. Relatively, as a manufacturing service provider, they must face the challenge of shorter product developing cycle and sharper learning curve. The design collaboration became one of the major solution for help those manufacturing service provider to handle the new challenge. This Research studied the procedure and the performance of a design collaborative model developing program at an electronic component manufacturer which changed their business model and used the information technology solution to enhance the system effectiveness. They also developing a design collaborative work process with customers and suppliers. The research is a case study wish could help future related research and similar industrial to developing their own design collaborative solution
