| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 95 === Because of information technology evolution , more and more enterprises begin to use the integrated information systems , and pay more attention to the workflow technologies of business processes at the same time . Nowadays , many scholars make studies of the importance of the workflow technologies to enterprises , such as working practice effect , cost control ,or time effect , and etc . However , the effect of globalization , enterprises are going to extend their business affairs , the original workflows must have a degree of changing . How to analysis the workflow models quickly and correctly and have some proper modifications in order to fit the demands of the enterprises are one of the issues that many scholars research hard .
This study will use data mining technologies to analysis the internal workflow of the enterprises . We will find and study if there are special change patterns or not , and then analysis the growth and decline and find their rules in many daily workflows . We hope that we will get valuable data and take them to the higher policy makers to refer .
