Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 土木工程研究所 === 95 === In the past, there was neither systematic analysis nor research to the reassignment of aircraft maintenance following incidences in real-time. The reassignment in practice is manually performed, which is both inefficient and ineffective, especially when the problem scale is enlarged today. Hence, based on the carriers’ perspective, this research considers the objective of minimizing total inconsistent cost, coupled with the related real operating constraints, to develop an aircraft maintenance adjustment scheduling model. The model is expected to be a useful planning tool for international aircraft maintenance hangar to decide on its optimal aircraft maintenance plans in its operations. The proposed model is formulated as a zero-one integer program that is characterized as NP-hard. We solve it by using the mathematical programming solver, CPLEX. To preliminarily evaluate the model, we perform a case study using the real operating data from a major aircraft maintenance hangar in Taiwan. The results show that the model could be useful for aircraft maintenance hangars to adjust their aircraft maintenance plans in real time.
