Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電信工程系所 === 95 === The purpose of this paper is to develop a novel architecture for temperature compensation in crystal oscillator. The third-order curve in temperature vs. voltage relation is generated. The architecture contains a bandgap voltage reference, a linear equation curve circuit, a cubic circuit, a variable gain circuit, a CMFB, and an analog adder. The tunable temperature-compensated circuit for AT-CUT TCVCXO is manufactured by CMOS process. A variable gain circuit and a bandgap voltage reference is employed to overcome the process variation cased by temperature. The errors caused by process, voltage reference, and the temperature deviation are analyzed. The tuning capability which can compensate them well( ) between -30℃ and 80 ℃ is achieved.
