This research, whose subjects were the graduates graduated in 95 session, was conducted by questionnaires. While 1,058 participants were selected by proportional sampling, 608 effective questionnaires were collected, reaching to the rate of 57.5%. After processing the data were with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe-test, and canonical correlation, several conclusions were made as follows: In human resource orientation, the sport- competitive department had the higher average on Coach, Other departments on Instructor. In job intention, the sport-competitive department had the higher average on Coach, the sport-scientific department and the sport-educational department had on Instructor, and the sport-managed department had on Management. Besides, the sport-related department students with different demographic variables display significant variance in the human resource orientation and the job intention. The canonical correlation analysis indicated that all the factors in the human resource orientation predicated all factors in the job intention. None 楊宗文 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 192 zh-TW
