Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 教練研究所 === 95 === This study uses half structrue and individual depth interviews to collect information and look forward to understanding the searches of the stregnth sources and the strategy of high school basketball coach. This study also interviewed eight coaches (Male6, Female2) who joined H.B.L male group in 2006. It took around sixty minutes. After analyzing the content and sorting, the results are following; 1. The main sixteen pressures origins from: the pressure of training, the pressure of player's behavior and learning attitude, the pressure of coaches' weariness, the pressure of game situation , the pressure of psychology, the pressure of family, the pressure of human sympathy, the pressure of security of the coaches' job, the pressure of referee, the pressure of media, the pressure of school, the pressure of source of the player, the pressure of funds, the pressure of school which the well-knownness is not enough, the pressure of education of the player and the pressure of players' profession 2. The twenty-two strategies of solving pressure: educating players, setting goals, self-plan, positive ideas, concentraion, seeking social resources, communication, evading, substitution, no match, seeking strategies, prepares before games, shift, simulation training, sharing the things on the field, school resources, recognizing facts, increasing diligent, behavior response, the ways of stopping the thoughts, neglect and moral lecture. According to the results, put forward the discussion and the suggestion of practical application and the direction of future research.
