Subjects were 7 coaches and 116 DivisionΙintercollegiate level of hadall players recruited from 8 different university in Taiwan.
The results of this study indicated that:(1)work-orientation, team-orientation significantly predicted affective commitment;team-orientation significantly predicted continuance commitment.(2)work-orientation, team-orientation significantly predicted team values fit(3)affective commitment was negatively team values fit;continuance commitment was negatively team values fit.
