Subjects were 7 coaches and 116 DivisionΙintercollegiate level of hadall players recruited from 8 different university in Taiwan.
The results of this study indicated that：（1）work-orientation, team-orientation significantly predicted affective commitment；team-orientation significantly predicted continuance commitment.（2）work-orientation, team-orientation significantly predicted team values fit（3）affective commitment was negatively team values fit；continuance commitment was negatively team values fit.
