Thirty male students were randomly assigned into forward swinging group (FSG), mach drills group (MDG), and control group (CG). FSG and MDG took three hours per week, eight weeks dash technical trainings. Speed and power performance were conducted at pre and post test. Two-way ANOVA mixed design were used to test the interaction among three groups. Scheffe’s post hoc t-comparisons were used to analyze the data if there was a significant difference. The alpha level was set at .05. The results were as follows: 1. The FSG had better speed performance in the 0-30 m, 0-60 m, 0-100 m, and the average cadence, respectively than MDG and CG, but slightly inferior to MDG in the average pace. 2. MDG performed better in counter movement jumps and standing triple jumps than FSG and CG. In conclusion, three hours per week, eight weeks of forward swinging technical training improved on speed performance of adolescents. Mach technical drills had better on power performance in adolescents. none 黄榮松 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
