Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 教練研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to evaluate the different of basic fitness, specific ability of excellent university baseball team in specific and competition period. Seventeen excellent university baseball players were involved this study with the average age, high, weight and training age were 20±1.2 years, 174.2±4.3 cm, 79.3± 7.0 kg, and 9±2.3. The dates were analyzed by paired t-test, one-way ANOVA with repeated measures and significant level α=0.05. The major results of this study were summarized as followed:
1. Basic endurance test (2-4mmon/l): the aerobic threshold speed(2mmol/l) and heart rate had no significant different (p>0.05).
2. The basic fitness: the power of low body (CMJ) had significant progress (p<0.05); the speed (30m) was regressed but didn’t have significant different (p<0.05).
3. The speed of specific test had significant progress (p>0.05).
4. The accuracy rate of pass ball had progress but didn’t have significant different (p>0.05). The success rate of batting with 140 km/hr in the infield had significant improvement (p<0.01).
5. The lactate accumulation, the metabolism rate and heart rate had no significant relationship with accuracy rate of pass ball, basic speed and specific speed (p<0.05).
In conclusion, basic endurance, basic speed and the ability of specific were no significant different after long training period and competition period, thus basic fitness can keep after specific training in the competition period. Basic endurance, basic speed and the power of low body didn’t have regress after specific training period. It is also positive effect about improving and keeping on the ability of specific.
