This study used literature review on relative data, regulations and methods to do arrangement, and after integrating all the data, the construction of placement of reward, coach and team of athletes were discussed, depicted and analyzed respectively. The conclusions of this study were (1) Analysis by current achievements: baseball, tennis and softball had prevailing in Asian games, and had competent to get medals in Olympic games, meanwhile, golf event also had competent to get medals in Asian games. Track and field, swimming and gymnastics were not competent enough to have any medal in the both Asian and Olympic games. The other six focused sport events were all competent even to get gold medals. Judo and badminton were inferior for reaching the qualification of the Asian games. (2) Analysis by conditions of persistently rewarding: A. marketing baseball and softball of Taiwan had conditions of persistently developing. B. gymnastics had basic ranking of athletes and coaches. C. Kaekwondo had the most conditions of getting medals and persistently developing, as well as archery and table tennis were the events to have medals. (3) Except Kaekwondo, archery and baseball events, all other sport events didn’t have good management of athletes and coaches ranking as well as whole teaching materials for connection. (4) The good profits of sport events form investment were Kaekwondo, baseball and tennis. (5) The arranging and developing “blue sea” sport events were in 6 categories 10 events where 5 categories 10 events also for women athletes. Analysis of medal-gain strategies form powerful sport nations: (1) the policies of nation: A. Adopting of “whole nation system” to developing sports by phases. B. establishing the full time staffs of focused sport events to help long term training system and basis. C. expending the man source ranking and regional training of focused sport events. D. Carrying out government scholarship system on the athletes of national level. (2) Establishing the whole system for training coaches, referees, umpires and judges. (3) Establishing the information-receiving analysis and science research system: A. Obtaining the most currently information of all sports to improve training and sports achievements. B. Establishing the full time group of sports’ science research. C. Giving adjustment to the all kinds of sports training by science research. (4) Improving the benefits of sports competitions by internationalization: A. establishing the talent athlete selection procedure, as well as inter- and national sports competition system. B. Hiring of excellent foreign coaches and fulfill the experiences of international games. C.
