In addition, I collect high jump literature widely to frame the basic content. It is hope that through this research findings that coaches and players may become more aware of the technique and training method. As the result, it would be possible to improve the high jumping training method and improve and improve the high jumping record. The major findings from this research were as follows: 1. Introduction: Discuss the original and history of high jumping , including spaces, equipment and record development. 2. Talent Identification: Discuss what physical functionality, personality and mental quality a high jumper needs. Demonstrate the importance of high jumpers’ talent identification. 3. Physical Qualifications and Training : List professional physical qualifications and ability a high jumper needs. Illustrate the concrete training contents of all physical body. 4. Fosbury flop’s Technique and Training: Discuss the dynamic theory foundation of Fosbury flop including analyzing and researching its technical structures. According to Fosbury flop to draw up high jump related to technology and training activities. 5. Mental training : Discuss the importance of mental trainings and its influence for high jumpers and illustrate mental training’s application with concrete examples in training and contest . 6.High jump training programs : Planning and implement of high jump programs are the main purpose in this chapter. Set high jump programs with seasonal arrangement. According to the goals and expectations to list the adjustment and arrangement of annual and week training programs. Make sure the accomplishment is reasonable and effective during train and competition. 7. Common sports injuries for high jumpers: Analyze the common sports injuries and their prevention and therapies in training and completion in order to let high jumpers always do their best to get best grades. 8. Conclusion: It is scientific and professional to develop Fosbury flop jumpers so it is necessary to combine related scientific theories to be the basic elements. In addition, trainings to be combined with talent identification, physical and mental ability and technology are necessary and important for Fosbury flop. It is hope that breaking the record by doing them.
