Abstract
This research was to realize the critical factors of animating successfully swimming education in a school without swimming pool facility, and to treat and to analyze successful factors of swimming education among different non-swimming pool schools is the core of the study. The study will be introduced by Qualitative Analysis, redacting questionnaire before study excitation and then to interview professionals by focusing group interviewing to collect data for crucial elements of successful ones in comparison with study questions to find out the differences among all samples. Therefore, a strategy format will be able to applied for those who did not proceed swimming education so far. The suggestions of this study were as follows:
1. The crucial factors of successful swimming education in a school without any swimming facility are Facilities, Plans and Design of Lessons, Climate, Human Resources, Administrations, Budget, Aspiration of people in charge of, and others.
2. There are many differences among those sampling schools on animating swimming education.
