Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 95 === Most cooperative learning systems utilize common communication facilities, such as MSN and discussion group, to support cooperative learning activities. Such a learning environment encounters many problems in practical applications, including incomplete learning portfolios, incompatibility between the communication functions and the learning functions, the lack of tutoring assistance facilities. To cope with these problems, in this thesis, an intelligent cooperative system is proposed to assist teachers in developing cooperative learning activities on the Internet. In this system, the teachers are allowed to define questionnaires and to review the status of the students in different learning stages. Moreover, the system provides a tutoring assistance mechanism, which can collect and analyze the frequently asked questions from students and the answers given by the teachers, such that most of the frequently asked questions can be automatically answered by the system to ease the load of the teachers. From the experimental results, it can be seen that the system can fulfill the need of the students and the teachers, and is helpful in enhancing the learning efficacy of the students.
